Spring Creek Bluegrass Band is another of the fresh, young bands garnering fans right and left around Colorado. They describe their music as "rural and cosmic", but don't let that scare ya off! That just means that, while their roots are firmly planted in the tradition of yesterday's "rural" American music,the likes of Flatt and Scruggs, Jimmy Marting, Country Gazette and The Beatles (?), they are also able to explore new musical possibilities to fit the "cosmic" sense of tomorrow. Classic tunes, as well as fresh originals bring their shows alive. This young group sings in three and four part harmony and features fine instrumentals.
